The location was fantastic, allowing us easy access to sights like Calle de Alcala. We appreciated the friendly staff and enjoyed the comfort of a spacious room perfect for our family, including our beloved dog who felt right at home.

My kids wished for more space to play.

Great place with great wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with town info on my first stay, and their friendliness is nice. I definitely recommend it, and I'm coming back soon.

Marvellous location in the center of Madrid, amazingly nice staff, everything was very good! I truly enjoyed the breakfast with a wide array of great food. Got functional, spotless room with solid soundproofing, private bathroom plus very comfortable beds. Location: the hotel was near to Sol metro stations.

We had a real good stay for the price.

The location of the property was unbeatable and exceptionally nice as we were short walk to a supermarket, Madrid for the champions league final at the Wanda Metropolitana and the Metro, the bars, the restaurants and the park. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to Ribble Steam Railway and Museum.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

Spent two nights here with my family. The location was great for exploring the city, but the room had a persistent unpleasant odor. Try to negotiate for a better room if you encounter issues!

Great location, close to everything! My double room was very clean, though small-perfect for a solo traveler. The staff was super nice and even upgraded my TV when I asked. Plus, all the toiletries and amenities were a nice touch 😊

This hotel exudes charm in an beautiful corner of Madrid. The location is stellar, with the Royal Palace just a short walk away, along with a supermarket conveniently located next door. I really enjoyed the cozy balcony area in the lobby where I could sip free coffee and tea while taking in the views. My double room was clean and had essential amenities like a fridge and safe. The room felt a bit cramped for two people. The evenings were occasionally disturbed by noise from the street cleaning outside, which can last for about five minutes in the early hours. The air conditioning didn't cool adequately , and the hot water took over five minutes to arrive at the faucet. Despite these small inconveniences, the comfortable bed and friendly service, especially from the proprietor Jim was great. The interactions with the staff were warm and nice. Would consider coming back!
